Welcome to 333Classics.com, the online marketplace operated by 333 Classics LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing this website (the “Site”), creating an account, browsing listings, making an inquiry, or using any of the services offered through the Site (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms” or “Agreement”).
Please read these Terms carefully. Your use of the Site and Services is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Site.
About 333Classics
333Classics.com is an online vehicle listing platform that connects classic car buyers and sellers from around the world. 333 Classics LLC is not a vehicle broker or dealer. We do not sell, purchase, exchange, offer for sale, or negotiate the sale of any vehicle listed on our platform. We do not hold or transfer title to any vehicle, nor do we act as an agent for buyers or sellers.
333Classics is not a party to any transaction between users. Any purchase, sale, or exchange of a vehicle initiated through the platform is solely between the buyer and the seller. We do not provide ancillary services such as financing, escrow, insurance, registration, or title transfer.
Please also read these Terms carefully, including the mandatory arbitration provision below. It requires that disputes be resolved through final and binding arbitration on an individual basis, not on a class-wide or consolidated basis. If you do not wish to be subject to arbitration, you may opt out by following the instructions provided later in these Terms.
By clicking “accept,” registering an account, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to them, you may not use the Services for any purpose.
1. Definitions
Throughout this Agreement, the terms “we,” “us,” “our,” and “333Classics” refer to 333 Classics LLC, a Florida-based company, along with its officers, employees, and authorized representatives. The terms “you,” “your,” and “user” refer to you, the individual or entity accessing or using the Services provided through 333Classics.com.
2. Modifications to These Terms
We may update or modify these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by one or more of the following methods: posting an updated version on our website, sending an email, or displaying a prominent notice within the Services.
Unless otherwise stated in the notice, the updated Terms will take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Services.
Unless material changes are made to the arbitration provisions described later in these Terms, updates to this Agreement do not grant you a new opportunity to opt out of arbitration.
3. Ownership
All intellectual property rights related to the Services and Site—including but not limited to trademarks, trade dress, copyrights, trade secrets, know-how, and proprietary technology—are the sole property of 333 Classics LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, upload, transmit, or distribute any part of the Site or its content without prior written consent from us.
Except as expressly stated in these Terms, we do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
For the purposes of this Agreement, the term “Content” refers to all types of data and media that can be transmitted, submitted, displayed, or accessed via the Service, including text, images, graphics, audio, video, messages, listings, and other forms of user-generated or platform-generated material.
If you provide us with any Content, such as listing descriptions or photos, you retain ownership of your Content. However, by submitting it to the Site, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable, worldwide, and perpetual license to use, reproduce, publish, display, distribute, and create derivative works from that Content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Services.
All other product names, brand names, and logos referenced on the Site are the property of their respective owners. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as granting you any license or right to use any trademark, service mark, logo, or trade name owned by 333 Classics LLC or third parties.
4. Termination
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and without notice, to suspend or terminate your access to the Services, your account, and any Content you have submitted, for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Violation of these Terms;
- Inactivity or misuse of the Site or Services;
- Conduct that we believe is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease, and we may delete all information and files associated with your account. You agree that 333 Classics LLC shall not be liable to you or any third party for any termination of your access to the Services.
5. Acceptable Use
By using the Services, you agree to provide true, current, accurate, and complete information about yourself when requested, and to update it as necessary to keep it accurate. You also agree to use the Services in full compliance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.
You are solely responsible for any Content you submit, upload, publish, or transmit through the Site. You agree not to use the Services to engage in any unlawful or prohibited activity, including but not limited to the following:
- Submitting or transmitting any Content that is offensive, obscene, pornographic, harassing, threatening, defamatory, hateful, abusive, inflammatory, harmful to minors, or otherwise objectionable
- Uploading or sharing Content that violates or infringes on the rights of others, including intellectual property rights, rights of publicity, or privacy rights
- Engaging in any activity that violates any applicable law or could give rise to civil or criminal liability
- Transmitting unsolicited promotions, advertisements, chain letters, spam, unauthorized links, or other solicitations not explicitly approved by us in writing
- Using the Services for any commercial purpose, including “pay-per-download” content, unless such use has been explicitly approved in writing by 333 Classics LLC
- Transmitting malware, viruses, worms, Trojan horses, sniffers, or any code intended to damage or interfere with the Site or another user’s access to it
- Attempting to disguise your identity, impersonating others, or misrepresenting your affiliation with any person or entity
- Using automated systems, including bots, spiders, or scrapers, to access or interact with the Site in a disruptive way
- Using the Services to engage in fraud, scams, or any deceptive or misleading practices, including attempting to defraud buyers, sellers, or the platform itself
333 Classics LLC reserves the right to remove any Content or terminate any account that violates these Terms or otherwise poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or its users.
6. Sellers and Buyers
333Classics.com is a listing platform only. 333 Classics LLC is not responsible for the accuracy or completeness of any information provided by buyers or sellers, including but not limited to vehicle title, mileage, history, condition, originality, provenance, year, make, model, or photographs.
We do not verify the ownership, title status, or condition of any vehicle listed on our Site. We do not inspect vehicles, guarantee listings, or offer any warranties. All vehicle information is provided by the seller for informational purposes only, and any transactions are solely between the seller (the legal vehicle owner) and the buyer.
333 Classics LLC does not own, buy, or sell vehicles listed on the Site and does not hold or possess title to any vehicle.
Buyers are strongly encouraged to conduct their own due diligence, including arranging for independent inspections, before making any purchase.
7. Vehicle Price
Prices listed on 333Classics.com are set by the individual sellers and do not include additional costs such as:
- Government fees and taxes
- Title and registration fees
- Inspection or emissions testing fees
- Processing or documentation charges
- Shipping or delivery costs
These additional fees may vary based on the location of the buyer and seller and are not included in the listed price unless explicitly stated.
All prices listed on the Site are in U.S. dollars (USD) unless otherwise noted.
8. No Liability
You use the Services at your own risk. 333 Classics LLC assumes no responsibility for any Content that is uploaded, downloaded, transmitted, stored, or otherwise processed through the Site.
By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Any Content you transmit is considered non-confidential (unless stated otherwise in our Privacy Policy) and may be accessible by others;
- The internet, by nature, involves inherent risks related to security, encryption, data loss, unauthorized access, and system vulnerabilities. We cannot and do not guarantee the security of any information you share, upload, or transmit through the Services;
- You may encounter Content that is offensive, objectionable, inaccurate, misleading, or otherwise inappropriate. We do not moderate or control all user-submitted Content and are not responsible for your exposure to such materials.
IN NO EVENT SHALL 333 CLASSICS LLC BE LIABLE for any damages of any kind, whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive—including, without limitation, lost profits, lost business, data corruption, content loss, or business interruption—arising from or related to your use or inability to use the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
We reserve the right to correct any errors in Content, including but not limited to descriptions, photos, and typographical mistakes, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.
9. Third Parties
The Services may include links to third-party websites, services, or content, including listings, payment processors, analytics providers, advertisers, or affiliated partners. These third parties are not owned or controlled by 333 Classics LLC, and we are not responsible for their content, terms, policies, products, or services.
We do not review, endorse, or guarantee the offerings of any third parties. Your interactions with them are solely between you and the third party. We encourage you to carefully review their privacy policies and terms of use before engaging with any external website or service.
10. Electronic Communications
By using the Services or communicating with us electronically (including via email, contact forms, or messaging), you consent to receive communications from us electronically. This includes agreements, notices, disclosures, updates, and other information.
You agree that any communications we provide electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
11. Product and Service Descriptions
We strive to be as accurate as possible in describing products, services, and vehicle listings. However, 333 Classics LLC does not warrant that any descriptions, images, or other content provided through the Site are accurate, complete, current, or error-free.
If a service offered directly by 333 Classics LLC is not as described, your sole remedy (if applicable) is subject to our separate Refund Policy (if provided). We are not responsible for any discrepancies in descriptions, pricing, or representations made by third-party sellers or advertisers.
12. No Warranty
The Services are provided by 333 Classics LLC on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis, without any warranties of any kind—express or implied—including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
Some jurisdictions may not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so the above exclusions may not apply to you in full.
13. Indemnity
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 333 Classics LLC, its affiliates, partners, service providers, officers, agents, employees, and contractors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:
- Your use or misuse of the Services;
- Any Content you submit, upload, or transmit;
- Your violation of these Terms or the rights of any third party.
14. Modifications to the Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time, with or without notice. This includes changes to access priority, features, or functionality.
We are not obligated to update any information on the Site or within the Services and make no guarantees about continued availability.
15. Disclosure of Content
While we do not actively monitor user-submitted Content, we reserve the right to access, retain, remove, or disclose any Content if:
- Required by law or legal process;
- Necessary to respond to claims of intellectual property or other rights violations;
- Required to protect the rights, safety, or property of 333 Classics LLC, our users, or the public.
16. Privacy Policy
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By accessing or using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the terms of our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and share your personal data.
17. Miscellaneous
These Terms constitute the complete and exclusive agreement between you and 333 Classics LLC with respect to the Services, and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral. You may not modify these Terms without a written agreement signed by an authorized representative of 333 Classics LLC.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remainder of the Terms shall remain in full force and effect.
The failure of 333 Classics LLC to enforce any right or provision in these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

18. Repeat Infringer Policy; Copyright Complaints
In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable law, 333 Classics LLC has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
If you believe that any material on our Site infringes your copyright, you may submit a written notification to our designated copyright agent with the following information:
- Your name and contact information
- A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
- A description of the material you claim is infringing and its location on the Site
- A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner

19. Arbitration; Class Action Waiver
Please read this section carefully. It requires you to resolve most disputes with 333 Classics LLC through binding arbitration and limits your ability to bring claims against us in court. It also prohibits class actions and representative proceedings. You may opt out of this provision by following the instructions below.
(a) No Representative Actions
Any dispute subject to this Section must be brought solely on an individual basis. Class actions, collective arbitrations, or any other form of representative proceeding are strictly prohibited.
(b) Arbitration of Disputes
Except for small claims disputes or actions involving injunctive relief for intellectual property infringement, you and 333 Classics LLC agree to resolve all disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services (including privacy or data-related claims) through final and binding arbitration.
Before initiating arbitration, you agree to attempt to resolve the dispute informally by sending written notice to:

Your notice must include:
- Your full name, mailing address, email address, and phone number
- A detailed description of the dispute
- The specific relief you are seeking
If no resolution is reached within 30 days, either party may submit the dispute to binding arbitration administered by JAMS in accordance with the JAMS Streamlined Arbitration Rules or Comprehensive Rules, depending on the claim amount. Arbitration will be conducted by a single arbitrator in a confidential setting.
If you are a consumer (using the Services for personal purposes), you may choose to conduct arbitration in your county of residence or in Palm Beach County, Florida. For all other users, arbitration will be held in Palm Beach County, Florida.

You acknowledge that you understand and agree to these rules.
(c) Governing Law
This arbitration agreement is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act (FAA) to the fullest extent permitted by law. The arbitrator shall have the exclusive authority to resolve all disputes, including the scope and enforceability of this arbitration provision.
(d) Confidentiality
All arbitration proceedings, including documents and communications, will remain confidential unless disclosure is required by law or court order.
(e) Costs and Fees
If you initiate arbitration, you will be required to pay only the first $250 of any filing fee. 333 Classics LLC will cover the remaining JAMS fees and costs. If we initiate arbitration, we will pay all arbitration costs.
(f) Time Limit for Filing
Any dispute must be filed within one (1) year of the date the claim arose, or it is permanently barred.
(g) Opt-Out Option
You may opt out of this arbitration agreement within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by sending a written notice to:

- Include: Full name, mailing address, and a clear statement that you wish to opt out
If you opt out, any disputes will be handled in accordance with the governing law and venue provisions in Section 20.
(h) Severability
If any part of this Section is found to be unenforceable, the remainder will remain in effect. If a claim must proceed on a class basis and arbitration is not permitted, such claims must be litigated in a court of competent jurisdiction. Any public injunctive relief claims outside of arbitration must be stayed pending individual arbitration outcomes.
20. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms and your use of the Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute between you and 333 Classics LLC that is not subject to arbitration under Section 19 shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
21. Modifying and Terminating Our Services
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, with or without notice. You may stop using our Services at any time.
We are not liable for any loss or harm that may arise from your inability to access or use the Services at any time or for any reason.

333 Classics LLC. Listing Agreement
By placing an order for a vehicle listing (the “Listing”), you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this Listing Agreement. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. Your use of the services provided by 333Classics.com (the “Service”) is specifically conditioned upon your agreement to the terms and conditions contained in this Listing Agreement (the “Agreement”). By using the Service, you agree to all of the terms contained in this Agreement.
1. Definitions
Throughout this Agreement, the words “we,” “us,” “our,” and “ours” refer to 333 Classics LLC, a Florida-based company, its officers, employees, consultants, and subsidiaries. The words “you,” “your,” and “yours” refer to you, a user of the Service who has, will have, or has in the past created a Listing on 333Classics.com.
2. Modifications to Agreement
We may modify, update, or change the terms of this Agreement at any time without prior notice. By continuing to use the Services, you agree to be bound by such changes. We encourage you to periodically visit 333Classics.com to review the current Listing Agreement and stay informed of any updates.
3. Approval by 333Classics.com
Your Listing is subject to our review and approval. We reserve the right to edit, modify, or cancel your Listing, in whole or in part, at our sole discretion if we determine it violates any of the terms in this Agreement. The mere availability of your Listing on the Service does not indicate approval. A confirmation email from us, indicating initial approval, is required for confirmation. You may update most elements of your Listing (such as photos, descriptions, and vehicle details) at any time; however, all changes are also subject to our approval.
4. Listed ‘Till Sold
Your Listing will remain active as long as you log in to your 333Classics.com account and update your Listing at least once every sixty (60) days, and/or respond to automated requests sent via email.
5. Cancellation of Listing
Your Listing will remain online until you notify us that your vehicle has been sold or is no longer available for sale. However, to maintain the quality and timeliness of our Service, we reserve the right to cancel your Listing if we believe it has been abandoned. For example, if you do not log into your account or fail to respond to repeated requests via email for sixty (60) days or more, we may remove your Listing at our discretion.
Renewal of Featured Listing
If you purchase a Featured Listing upgrade, you understand that the Featured Listing status expires at the end of the purchased term unless you renew it in advance.
Private Parties Only
333Classics.com Premium Vehicle Listings are intended for private parties offering one (1) vehicle for sale. All dealerships must open a dealer account to list multiple vehicles.
Acceptable Listing Content
Your Listing must offer one (1) vehicle for sale. Your Listing must not contain inappropriate content as defined in these Terms. You explicitly agree not to:
- Use offensive, pornographic, defamatory, or inappropriate language or photographs.
- Include email addresses, website addresses, URLs, hyperlinks, HTML markup, or any content other than plain text in your Listing, except for photographs of the vehicle being listed.
- Offer or reference more than one vehicle per Listing.
- Offer parts, accessories, or services separately from the vehicle being listed.
- Modify the year, make, or model of the vehicle once the Listing has been approved by 333 Classics LLC.
Limitations of Responsibility
You, the seller, are fully responsible for the successful sale of your vehicle. There is no guarantee that your vehicle will be sold or that prospective buyers will contact you. It is your responsibility to exercise due diligence when engaging in transactions with buyers. 333 Classics LLC makes no representations as to the identity, trustworthiness, creditworthiness, or truthfulness of prospective buyers.
We are not responsible for lost email messages, nor for messages rejected or redirected by spam filters. Messages from accounts flagged by our internal fraud detection systems may not be delivered.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of the services we provide, we cannot offer refunds. All sales are final.
Applicability of Terms and Conditions
Your Listing is subject to the 333Classics.com Privacy Policy and the 333 Classics LLC Terms and Conditions, both of which are incorporated by reference.
